The benefits for the garden owners include a share of the produce, the pleasure of seeing a lovely vegetable plot and a sense of community. . . . → Read More: Garden Share Transition Sherborne continues its series of events for 2010 with Visions for the Future, at Cheap Street Church Hall, Cheap Street, Sherborne (opposite Barclays Bank), on Wednesday 7th July, starting at 7pm. This will be an opportunity to look at projects that can be started in the local area, with the aim of forming groups, and review some that have already started (such as the garden share scheme, the new allotments, productive tree planting, the successful Do-able Renewable Energy Fair held in April). We will be using a technique called Open Space in the meeting, which will be fully explained at the time but basically allows people to come along with ideas and sound them out to a wider audience.
