Dig Up Sherborne meets again, but this time at the Butterfly House in Castle Gardens. Steve Fry hoped last time to show us some of the larger productive plants available, but due to the impracticality of lugging whole trees to the Zest Café in the back of his car this has had to wait to this month’s talk. Productive Planting

Castle Gardens have agreed to continue our popular Dig Up Sherborne course with two months on productive planting. This will include loads of information about fruit and nut trees and bushes. The first evening will be on 10th May 2011 at the Zest Cafe, 1 Abbey Road, Sherborne DT9 3LE, starting at 7:45pm. Dig Up Sherborne is a 2011 project encouraging residents of the town and surrounding area to quite literally dig up Sherborne!
